Keeping within the Tantric vinyasa practice, classes are designed to weave the spiritual and physical together. Class begins with a guided meditation, moves into asana or the physical portion of the practice, and ends with pranayama or a guided breathing technique. Combining a physically challenging practice, alongside restorative poses, and guided breathing and meditation, no class is ever too easy or too challenging. Students are taught a practice that compliments their daily lifestyle so they leave feeling balanced, aligned and with their energy restored.
